Molly was born in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally when she was a teenager in Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her first professional production was The Snow Queen. As part of the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods, she won an award called the Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. Following her Broadway debut, at just 15, she reprised this character and received a Drama League Award. Molly was also a part of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. She graduated in 2008 and graduated with her B.A. from Princeton University. in Religious Studies. When she was in the college, she was the first actress to make her debut on stage as a character in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly's career continued after the graduation ceremony with a variety of Off Broadway productions, including the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked on television as a character in Royal Pains as well as an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has appeared in regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's and North Shore Music Theatre's 2008 production and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank, in which she played Anne. Molly is most well-known for her role as Ali on the television show Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC Comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt starring Tim Allen.
